This years event will take place on Saturday the 23rd September at the Holiday Inn, Filton Bristol. As is tradition it will be a sit down 3 course evening meal, followed by the charity auction for Pathfinder Dogs then a disco until late. As always, Derek and Gwen will be joining us for the event.
The cost will be £35 per person for the meal, auction and disco. If you wish to stay over, the hotel have agreed a discounted rate of £89 per night B&B for either a single or double room. As many of us always make a full weekend of it it is also £89 if you wish to stay on the Friday night too. You can of course attend without staying over at the hotel if you wish.
The nearest train station is the Bristol Parkway (approx 2 miles away) and Bristol Temple Meads is 5 miles away. The hotel is easily accessed from the M32/M4/M5 and there are plenty of free car parking spaces at the hotel.
To confirm your place you will need to pay a minimum deposit of £20 and the balance will be due approximately 6 weeks before. You can of course pay in full if you wish to. As places are limited, in the event you are unable to attend a refund will only be issued if we are able to fill your place.
